How can I create an account?

You can create your NSF Store account by going to our register page

How do I change my account details?

Log-in to your account and you’ll see a range of categories at the top of the page under ‘Account Details’.

I have forgotten my password, what should I do?

Go to Sign In and click on ‘Forgot your password?’. We will email you a reset password link.

Order Queries​

How do I place an order?

It’s easy to place an order with us. Navigate to NSF to browse our range of products. Once you’ve found the product you want, you’ll need to click ‘Add to basket’. You can either carry on shopping or click ‘View Basket’ if you’ve got everything you need; this will give you the option to checkout.

If you have an existing account and have have any addresses or payment options saved to your account then these will automatically display in the checkout, making it quick and easy to complete the order. Otherwise you’ll need to enter the details manually if you’re checking out as guest.

Do I need to create an account to place an order?

No, you can use the guest checkout to complete your order. Opening an account not only speeds up the order process, but it also means you can see your order history, save your personal and payment details, as well as save your favourites items to a wish list.

Can I change my address once I have placed an order?

Once an order is confirmed, we regret that you cannot change the delivery address. Please cancel the order and re-order it using the correct address. If your order has already been dispatched, please contact us.

What do I do if an item is missing from my order?

Please accept our apologies if you do not receive all the items you ordered. Kindly contact us and send us the following details:

  1. Order number
  2. Item name
  3. Quantity

A member of our customer service team will assist you immediately.

Note: Missing items should be reported maximum within 48 hrs. from the day the shipment is received. 

What do I do if I have received a damaged item?

Please accept our apologies if you receive a damaged item. In case you receive any unusable item, kindly contact us and send us the following details:

  1. Order number
  2. Item name
  3. Quantity

 A member of our customer service team will assist you immediately.

Note: Damaged items should be reported maximum within 48 hrs. from the day the shipment is received.

Payment Methods

What currency can I pay in?

Payments on NSF Store are all processed in OMR, If your credit card requires currency conversion, you may be charged exchange rates and transaction fees by your bank and/or payment gateway. NSF Store is not liable for these charges as they are not processed or received by us.

What payment method you accept ?

We accept  Credit card.  You can select your preferred payment method at checkout. Please note that we do not accept American Express cards

Returns and Refunds

What is NSF Store's return policy?

Unfortunately, we do not accept any returns at the moment. If you received a faulty product, please refer to the information in the Order Queries section.

How are refunds for canceled orders handled?

We will issue a refund to your original method of payment. Depending on your bank or payment processor, a refund may take up to 14 business days to appear in your account, or even longer depending on individual banks.

Delivery

Which countries does NSF Store ship to?

We currently only deliver to GCC countries. We’re doing our best to get other countries soon and we appreciate your kind patience with us in the meanwhile.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is a flat 2 OMR charge. Please note that delivery charges may vary according to the country and governorate.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Please allow 3-4 days for delivery.

What delivery courier does NFS Store use?

All our orders are delivered via Asyad & Dalilei delivery couriers.

Will I be able to track my order?

You will be able to track your orders when you sign into your account. Those that have paid for their order online will also receive updates from our carrier partner when your order is on its way.
